REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Billight. If you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
Return Request Period: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, without any damage or signs of use.
Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all components included. The protective tape cover on the product must not be pulled off, and any original tags or labels should remain attached.
2. Return Process
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@billightpool.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email. Please print the label and affix it to the original package.
Ship the Item: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier as instructed.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.
3. Refund Method
We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
